Chatswood Clinic
We are 3 minutes walk from the Chatswood Station.
Our room is located on Level 2 of 6 Help Street building. Entrance is next to the Chimichuri Cafe.
If you are coming outside of normal business hours (8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri), please press 202 on the intercom (located on the leftside of the automatic door) so that we can open the door for you.
Wheelchair Users
There are two wheelchair accessible entrances:
via Help Street: go further up from the Chimichuri entrance towards 8 Help Street and there is a steep ramp.
via Brown Street: this is behind the building and you can come across via the connected path next to 12 Brown Street (Mantra Chatswood). The ramp here is much less steep.
Once you enter the building, please use the lift with the number 6 (not 8) and come up to Level 2. If you need any assistance, we are always happy to help so please give your dietitian a call.
Our door width is minimum 85cm.
Parking
Street parking (paid) is available on Help Street and Brown Street, as well as nearby streets, however, on some parts of Help Street the street parking is prohibited between 3:30pm-6:30pm on weekdays.
Free parking is available in nearby shopping centres including Westfield and Mandarin Centre, which are approx. 7-8 mins walk to the clinic.
There are also paid undercover Wilson Parking and Secure Parking nearby.
Bathroom
There are gendered bathrooms per floor of the building.
The bathrooms inside the building do not have railings and are quite narrow, and unfortunately cannot be accessed with a wheelchair.
There is an accessible bathroom on the groundfloor outside of the building. Please let your dietitian know if you would like to use this bathroom as it needs to be accessed with an individual key.
Guide Dogs, Mind Dogs, and Therapy Dogs
We welcome guide dogs, mind dogs, and therapy dogs.
Please make sure that they (1) don’t bark at others and (2) are toilet trained and won’t make a mess in the building.
The owner of the dog is responsible for any issues should there be one.
Seating Sizes
We have a 1.5m wide, 2-seater sofa the waiting area.
The rooms have different arrangements - two rooms have a wide 2-seater and one room have wide individual seatings.
Scent
The suite aims to be scent free. However, due to cleaning and sanitisation requirements, at times there are lingering scent.
If you have sensory requirements, please contact us, so that we can make an adjustment to minimise any scents.
Background Music
There is often a quiet background music played in the waiting room, and white noise in individual rooms. Please let us know if you would like to have this turned off.

Erina Clinic
Our room is located on level 4 of the Element Building.
The address is 200 Central Coast Highway, however, this will bring you to the front of the building on Central Coast Highway if you are putting it into GoogleMaps. For access to free undercover client parking please drive to the rear of the building on Karalta Lane.
There are two main entrances, one on the ground floor on the side of the building just past the cafe (located on the Central Coast Highway end of the building), and one from the undercover client carpark.
Please come up to Level 4. Once you come out of the lift you will be at the waiting area. Your dietitian can come to greet and welcome you into our room at your appointment start time.
Wheelchair Users
There is a wheelchair accessible lift on Level 1 (ground level) with wheelchair access from the main and car park entrances.
Once you enter the building, please head left to the lifts and come up to Level 4. If you need any assistance, we are always happy to help so please give your dietitian a call or a text.
Parking
Street parking (free) is available on Central Coast Highway and Karalta Lane. There is free undercover client parking on the ground level, accessible from the rear of the building on Karalta Lane, which has direct access to our level.
Bathroom
There are gendered bathrooms on the ground (entry) level of the building as well as on Level 4 where the clinic is located. The gendered bathrooms do not have railings and are quite narrow.
There is also a non-gendered bathroom for people with diverse needs on Level 4, which is spacious and has railings.
