We do our best to ensure that all clients who reach out to us can receive treatment, regardless of their financial status.
Reduced fee structure is available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. This is individually tailored to the person’s income and payment capacity, and we always do our best to provide an option that allows continuity of care for everybody. You will be required to complete an online form outlining your income, treatment status, and potential dietetic treatment plan (how many sessions you may need for treatment), and this will be assessed by our Admin & Finance Team to provide you with a reduced fee quote.
Please contact 0430 391 951 or info@dddcfr.com.au to receive the application form.
Please also note that the Reduced Fee Scholarship we can provide will also depend on how much funding we have available in the scholarship pool.
