Dance Nutrition and Body Image Workshop

Nutrition and eating can optimise your performance, health, and career. Yet, it’s often overlooked. We see many dancers, teachers and parents, confused about what the right message is.

DDD Centre for Recovery is a strong advocate for nurturing healthy minds and bodies for all dancers.

We provide group workshops for schools and organisations who share the same passion. We are proud to say that our workshop materials have also been presented at RAD, AusdanceNSW and IADMS, to name a few.

If you are ready to take your dancers to the next level, contact us today to organise a workshop.
