DDD in 2018

Mom2moMThe clock passed midnight, which means DDD's first international workshop/seminar in 2018 is happening today. We're working with Ai from Dancers Life Support to talk about nurturing healthy dancers from in and out. What a great opportunity to meet with a bunch of inspiring dancers, parents and teachers in Japan!  On top of this, DDD will be working on the following for 2018:

  • A free downloadable DDD's Healthy Eating for Dancers guide for dance students
  • A  free downloadable DDD's Nurturing Healthful Dancers guide for teachers
  • Lots more workshops for dance schools, groups and organisations to learn about healthful eating behaviours and in-depth nutritional strategies for dancers to improve their health, physical ability and performance.

Let's make 2018 a year to improve your health and become an even better dancer on stage, in class, and in life!   Fumi x
