Today the 6th of May is International No Diet Day. The name says it all, really - it's a day to say NO to diets because hey, why are we even allowing others and ourselves to determine so much of our worth on body size and shape when each and every one of us have unique gifts and qualities way beyond that? Your smile, laughter, humour, intelligence, kindness, resilience, courage, discipline, athleticism, artistry, fitness, self-care, curiosity and/or every other quirkiness of yours is independent of your weight. Your worth isn't dependent on what you eat. Allow yourself to nourish the way your body asks you to. Dancers Don't Diet.  Fumi x No Diet Day
