Jennifer (she/her) is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who approaches her work with a genuine interest in understanding and compassionate exploration. She always creates a non- judgemental space which empowers individuals to embrace well-being and body positivity, while incorporating Health at Every Size (HAES) principles into her practice.

In her role as Resource Officer, Jennifer’s expertise extends to the creation and translation of evidence-based educational content that reflects inclusive, weight-neutral approaches to health. She is also dedicated to offering culturally sensitive care as she draws on her own background of having lived in multiple Asian regions, including Singapore, Taiwan, China (Mainland), and Hong Kong. Jennifer brings strong skills in tailoring resources for cultural contexts and diverse needs, ensuring it is both practical and empowering for individuals facing eating disorders and disordered eating.

Jennifer commits to regular professional development activities to stay current with latest research and treatment strategies, and deepen her understanding of the diverse needs of individuals with disordered eating patterns and body image concerns.

Outside of work, you can find Jennifer unapologetically singing Bohemian Rhapsody whenever she gets the chance to or asking friends to join her kayaking.
