B. Psy.Sc. / B. Nutr (Hons)

Kimberlee is a qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian & Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, who firmly believes that everyone has the right to have a peaceful relationship with food and their body, free of anxiety, fear, guilt and shame. She practices using the Non-Diet Approach within the weight neutral, Health At Every Size paradigm. Through her work, Kimberlee is interested in helping her clients to understand their relationship with food, eating and their body to shift any unhelpful behaviours that are impacting on their lives. She has focussed her professional development on building a specialised skill set to support her clients in the recovery from clinical eating disorders, disordered eating behaviours, recovery from chronic dieting and improving body image. She also provides education and information about healthy living and eating where it is helpful for her clients so that they are able to make the best choices for them and their health into the future.

If Kimberlee hadn’t gotten into health and nutrition, she would probably have become a car magazine journalist or stunt driver, or an author, or run an animal rescue organisation, or maybe even a cartoon artist... As it is, she have a house full of rescue animals, and in her free time she enjoys writing and drawing, as well as driving and working on her car.
